A truly special property in an exceptional setting! This beautifully transformed home sits on 1.3 acres in desirable, low-tax Pacific township- close to town yet peacefully overlooking the Fox River. It's a rare combination of convenience, privacy, scenic views. Inside, the house has been thoughtfully redesigned for modern living. The main floor features a spectacular, oversized kitchen with walls of cabinets, a moveable island and dedicated coffee station (or whatever you want it to be.) The former 3rd Bdrm has been transformed into a formal dining room/flex space by removing part of a wall, but could easily be a bedroom again depending on your needs. The walkout lower level offers a private bedroom, full bath and huge fam rm with easy access to the outdoors. A full reno from top to bottom will leave you impressed! Immaculate!
